Booking is confirmed after payment
Your seat is confirmed only once your payment is complete.
Seat holding
Seats are held for a few minutes while you pay. If time runs out, the seats are released.
Travel documents
Every traveller must carry a valid photo ID during the journey.
Changes by the operator
We may change the bus or timings for safety or operational reasons. We will inform you on the contact number you gave.
Behaviour
Please be respectful to staff and fellow travellers. No smoking, alcohol or unsafe behaviour on the bus. We may refuse travel to anyone who breaks these rules.
Liability
Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
